WEST COAST AIR ANNOUNCING EXPANDED SERVICE
TO VANCOUVER ISLAND
 
Vancouver – BC owned and operated West Coast Air is pleased to announce a daily scheduled service to Comox effective April 1st, 2008.

The 45 minute flight will depart from the downtown terminal just west of Canada Place and will arrive at the Comox Bay Marina. Six flights are scheduled Monday to Friday with two flights on Saturdays and Sundays.

“The Comox Valley has been an area we’ve had our eye on for some time. It’s a thriving business community with diverse industry and significant development opportunities - it’s clear that travel time needs to be minimized. We’re excited about this new route and linking the two communities”, said Rick Baxter, President and CEO.
